How do I make a booking?

Start by filling out the form on this page. Please include information like preferred location in Tokyo or vibe, and tell me more about yourselves and lets get to know each other.

Do you shoot weddings?

I do! Please feel free to inquire me about this.

Do you customize your packages?

I am all about helping people making their lives better and enjoyable so I am more than willing to make the perfect package specifically for you :). 

How will be in contact once we are in Japan?

I will ask to confirm your number via WhatsApp, or any social media networks that would work best for you. 

What if I'm late for the shoot?

I ask all clients to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before our agreed session. As I also have other commitments on the same day, the session will start and finish at our agreed time. Do note that taking the train is often quicker than getting a taxi to our photoshoot location due to traffic congestion. Thank you for understanding. 

How long does it take to edit the images?

Turn around for your digital files will be around 3-5 days. I will be in constant touch with you to let you know the progress with your photos.

Do you do high-end retouching?

I do not offer the option on my pricing list but this is indeed possible. For skin retouching and modification, I do charge a fixed rate of 3,000 yen per image. If this works for you, please do include this in your inquiry.

Can I use the photos from my session for commercial purposes?

The photos from my sessions are mainly for personal use, not for use in a  business or commercial purposes. You're more than welcome to share them with family and friends, but they may not be used commercially. If you are unsure about what qualifies as commercial use, please feel free to reach out to me for clarification. 

What is your payment process?

I accept Payment via PayPal invoice or Bank transfer. You may use your credit card via PayPal invoice and do not need an account to do so. 

Do you require a deposit for booking?

No but I do require the invoice to be paid in full 7 days before our planned and scheduled photoshoot. 

I can't find my photos. Can you send them again?

I do always keep a physical back up of all of the photoshoots, please let me know what date and year we did our photoshoot and please give me at least a week to give them to you. 

What is your weather policy?

Weather in Tokyo can be unpredictable, so if rain is forecast, we usually wait to see how things unfold on the day of the shoot.

For light rain, we may proceed using umbrellas—depending on the location—or shift to a more sheltered spot. In cases of heavy, continuous rain that makes shooting impractical, we’ll do our best to reschedule. However, please note that rescheduling may not be possible during peak months.

I always aim to make the most of the weather. On sunny days, we incorporate natural light to enhance the images. Cloudy skies act as a beautiful natural diffuser, while light rain can bring out reflections on city streets or add a magical sheen to greenery.

Please understand that we do not accept cancellations due to less-than-perfect weather, except in the case of heavy rain. After all—it’s just part of the adventure!
